Unfortunately this should have been sorted out before the upgrade to Windows seven as the systems are fundamentally the same & the upgrade would only transpose the issue to the new system, which it has.
Have you run the http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/66978-system-files-sfc-command.html tests? Start there first. OK?
