Vista 32 bit help !!!

I have been trying to download ITunes on my lovely home computer. BUT, I it will not completely download. I keep getting a message stating that admin. policies have been set against the download. My husband & I have our account as the Admin. account. I can't find anyway to change anything or any other ITunes download to by pass this ! HELP ?!?!?!?!?!?!

If you download and save the installer file, right click on it and choose "run as administrator". Does that help?

Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable - Windows 7 Forums
Same for Vista.

Try to run as administrator. Does ot work go through as Richard said.
