Vista bug!

Another interesting BUG in Windows Vista, which can be recreated only if you are using "Aero" theme:


1. Type "services.msc" in RUN or Startmenu Searchbox and press <Enter>.

2. It'll open "Service Manager" window. Now double-click on any service listed in right-side pane.

3. It'll open the service Properties box.


4. Just hover your mouse cursor over the "Close" (X) button in Properties box and you'll see the BUG.
The close button will start blinking like a tube-light. Must be a bug in DWM (Desktop Window Manager).

Let this be a warning to epileptics (no offense intended because that would suck)

but the bug itself it kinda funny. I think I have had that happen to before just in the random.

nah, it doesn't only do that on aero and desktop manager, it works with vista standard (home basic) and any other service available.
that is pretty weird anyway!

Yes, but that's not a version number. Type "ver" (no quotes) in a CMD box. Tell me the number. It's more specific.

i love trivial , i made a vid too of the same issue , made it on fraps then used virtual dub to convert it , then ages to find a free host that worked and by the time i did i was bored silly and the free host link didnt work.......now thats trivial

Ah, I see, I just tried once this morning and it didn't do it, but I tried several times now and I do have the bug, but not everytime.

And for the version of Windows: 6.0.6002.

Maybe the fact that I have it in french does a difference, but I wonder why.
