Vista Installation DVD from Recovery Partition

I am running a Gateway FX4710 with Windows Vista 64 bit oem installed on it. Within the Gateway Recovery Program, I have found that I am only able to create factory recovery disks in the event that I ever need to return to factory defaults. My question is: how am I able to create a Windows Vista Installation Disk for my copy of Vista? I do have a recovery partition on my hard drive. Does the recovery program have an option to create just a copy of vista?

Welcome
Download the free macrium reflect. Make an image of your hard drive and put in on an external drive.
Once a month update. If you ever want to have a problem, use the image to go back exactly the way you were on that date, with everything, even updates installed.
Macrium Reflect FREE Edition - Information and download
Trust me, what I am suggesting is even better that what you wanted.
