Vista OEM -> Windows 7

Hi,

I've received Windows 7 Home Full for a birthday present and I have a quick question before I install it.

I currently have Vista x64 OEM version installed, is it ok to do a clean win7 install over it, or do I need to de-activate the install first?

Also, if I do this would I not be able to use the Vista OEM in the future if I ever want to re-install it? (On the same OEM-tied PC hardware).

Clean install is the best choice...
De-activation is not neccessary.

And yes you could go back to Vista at any time on the same machine...
