when i click try to load a webpage it won't load sometimes it will take up to 30 seconds to load and other times it will instantly load. I use a wireless adapter and the router is downstairs from me . This problem only started happening about 2 weeks ago. I virus scanned and tryed malwarebytes and those didnt find anything. It worked pretty well before 2 weeks ago. I think its a software issue because while im playing a game or something i dont disconnect from it while the pages are still taking forever to load. But i am also having some disconection issues so could distance from my router be an issue (only up one flight of stares from it) or could my wireless adapter or router be failing?

I would try a system restore to before the problem started as a first step
Reinstall any updates that came after that date one at a time to see what is the cause.
Network and sharing should tell you your signal strength to check the router

i already did system restore to about 20 days back yesterday. It didnt help. I also changed dns to 8.8.8.8 didnt do anything to increase speed

If you have CCleaner or other cleanup tools run them to clean up the browser cache
Try a system file check to check all is well
CMD run as administrator
type sfc /scannow
DNS should not be 8.8.8.8 and needs to be reset to what your ISP gave you

EDIT:
You will also need to flush your DNS cache
