Hi
Twice I was attacked by the same trojan fake virys and What I found out, It has damaged my Midrosodts Securitys ability to start... So what I have done was after removal of the trojan with rkill.exe and malwarebytes in safemode with networking....
I had the hardest ime trying to find out how to restart MSE, so I had just unibstalled it with Absolute Uninstall.. and reinstalled it, and now ir is fine again....
I dont know how I got the trojan because I didnt download anything and I fifnt go to any of those sitrs.... Lucky I had my other thread still up so I can quickly take steps to fix this....
I noticed That I lose my connecton to my networks with this trojan.. I can't remember how I restored that, I thimk it was in services.msc command.... I noticed that it also turns off all your security services like firewall.... It has corrupted defender as well, I am still working on that one from before.
I am so glad that I have got friends here that helped me with the original trojan..
Thhis trojan sets itself as a Micrisoft security program 2012
...we are in 2011.....
My advice is to get rkill.exe and have it on your desktop and keep it there......
I got mine from bleepingcomputer.com.. I had to sign up to get it, but it was worth it...
