It seems my 5 day old brand new HP ENVY dv7 notebook has no Bluetooth connectivity. I did not bother checking on it when I purchased because I thought it is now a basic component. And then I checked in HP site several and more expensive laptops and none mentions or offers Bluetooth...as if implying it is already in there.
Is it possible my laptop does have Bluetooth and I just do not know how to locate it or get it started? Or Bluetooth is on the way out as wireless connectivity? Because why would HP build laptops sans Bluetooth.
Forget HP customer department. Nobody there could tell me whether or not I have Bluetooth... and then I was put on hold for so long by an agent consulting with supervisor, I hanged up.
