I guess you changed your original post, since there is nothing large about it. Based upon the information present now, I think that the solution may lie within this information from Microsoft.

Yes sorry about that rich, It took up the whole page,belonging to the right side Pain to Windows update
(Review updates history column).Trying to resolve a client update issue

I found in that post /concern with AV products/ AVG is on the Same Mach as MSSE, Have no choice to delete the MS product.I ran:
(CheckSur.exe)this fix the netframe work issue update ( That begun all of this)

Withe net framework 3.5 SP1 with the 1.0 Assistant/

running SFC(Elevated)

And using Method 4/
Reset the content of the Catroot2 folder
