window media player problem

do i need to use only a new cd .blank cd .
i have been trying to burn music on a cd with song on it .
is this is why i cant not burn music on it .

i don't see any thing like he said after i go in my computer then dvd rw drive d: audio cd.
he to click on it and i should see erase dish .
but that do not come up

Think you're out of luck with that CD. It was created as an Audio CD, and finalized. You'll need a blank one or one that was formatted as "Live File System", rather than "Mastered".

yes i did some reading and they all say to put in a blank cd in .
so this was my problem .
i was trying to use a cd with song on it .
tomorrow i will go and buy some new cd .

no problem now to burn music .

ho yes that did it for sure .
well this guy at let me a dvd-rw .but he never said that he window 7 on it .
hello there .
when he even install my window 7 using the cd i buy for 140.00 .
i was sure that i was not to good with a computer .
but i thing he is way worst then me .
this is why i could not download music on it .
and my other cd -r i know i had some music on it .
