Solved Windows 7 BSOD HELP PLS

Hello so i used my computer a year now with no probs. But now i started to get BSOD normaly i fix it but this one dont want to be removed. It only happens in normal mode not in safe mode. So my question is how can i know what made this happen. Is it a software, drivers or is it just my hardware? the bsod dont say anything but "The system encountered an uncorrectable hardware error.
It started 4days ago and i reinstalled windows and then it said my bluetooth made it act weird so i restore it to before i installed my bluetooth drivers but the error is still coming. as i said only happens in normal mode.

so do anyone know what is making the bsod anyone here that can help me fix it?
Im new to this so if theres anything you need ill try my best to help you guys get it.

Well, you're asking a Vista forum a Win 7 question, but fortunately the codes are the same.

That code is an unstable overclocking error. Are you Overclocked at all? If not it's possible your board is just not setting itself up right.

Basically your cpu isn't getting enough power and is crashing. Your QPI/VTT needs to be bumped up

Hello Borromac,

This issue occurs because resource rebalancing is triggered after you hot plug a PCI device. During the rebalancing process, the system does not configure the Max Payload Size value correctly on the root port of the PCI Express bus. The incorrect value causes a mismatch between the root port of the PCI Express bus and the device on the PCI Express bus. Therefore, the operating system triggers a Machine Check Architecture (MCA) exception, and the operating system returns a “0x00000124” exception.

Hello im using a asus extreme rampage IV and im guessing its on by itself. Im gonna take a look on the overclocking in BIOS and try to turn it off. I'll keep you up to date on hows it going.

Im guessing there is something wrong with the motherboard itself so i sent it in for a check and ill get back to you if it works after they check the motherboard ^^
