Every now and then when I open a window I get the 'colour scheme has been changed to vista basic' thing pop up and the screen flashes then about 3-5 seconds later it flashes again and everything is back to normal.
It is really getting on my nerves! It is also guarenteed to happen when I open a lecture in windows media player (which is an MP4).
Because it changed and changed back so quickly I could never find out what the program was but last time I caught it and it said it was windows photo gallery - but that's not even open.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
