Hello everyone,
This is all very new to me, so I apologise If I come across as being a bit dim when it comes to computers.
My pc is Vista Home Premium 32bit and I have Canon Digital Photo Professional on it, which I constantly work with. I also have Windows photo Gallery which I am not very keen on at all. My question is: Can I delete WPG from my computer? I want to have a good clean up and I find that if I delete a photo from WPG it also deletes the same one from my Canon folders. If it is not possible to delete wpg then am I able to turn it off?
The other problem that I have is when I send photos to my mum. She saves them from email (all I know is that she saves as jpeg) but when she goes into her Windows Photo Gallery, it is opening my photos as thumbnails. So for some reason her computer is squashing the photos down. Whenever I send photos to other people, there isnt a problem.
I hope my post make sence and if anybody needs any more information I will try to find it. As I say I'm a bit dim when it comes to computers
:D
Regards
Maisey
