windows update

bare with me because im not English and not very good with computers and im a new user to these fourms but i downloaded the new windows updates plus the the extra ones when i downloaded every thing was fine installed and when i restarted my computer to download it didnt turn of properly so i manually turned it off

not just the ones wit a tick i clicked nearly every one

when i turned it back on it wouldnt let me on my profile so i looked on the Internet and found that there was a bug doing this and there was insturctions how to fix it so i did that it worked i could click on my profile when i did that a blue screen would come up and just stay there so i did the system restart for the the 6th this worked as well well i went on it. itr tryed to make me dl the windows updates that just messed my computer up... when i did system restore deleted every file i had apart from programs all my picture,music everything got deleted and there,s just as the horrific lag in everything i do can any one tell me anything i can do i was thinking of wipeing my whole computer and starting again but i don't have a vista disk it was already installed when i bought my laptop so if u can help me

Contact you laptop manufacturer to find out how to restore your system to factory defaults.

And next time after downloading updates, *don't* force the laptop off - let it do what it has to do.
