Hi and welcome to the forums .

What exactly do you mean they've locked the account? Have they reset the password and you can no longer access it?

Please can you explain exactly what the problem is and I will hopefully be able to help.

There are only 2 ways to get round this problem as far as I am aware:

A clean install of Vista (Not practical) or

Offline NT Password & Registry Editor.

I would not recommend this option to you unless you are completely stuck and need to get back into your PC fast.

This specialist Linux distro allows you to boot into it and remove Administrator passwords you have forgotten.

Making a mistake on this software can be VERY costly and you amy lose or seriously damage files or hardware in your computer to the point where it won't turn on.

To use this technique you must download the software and burn it to a disc.
Once burnt to a disc boot into it.
From here follow the instructions at Offline NT pw & reg-editor, walkthrough .

You can download the software from the bottom of Offline NT Password & Registry Editor .

Please exercise common sense while using this software.

I wish you luck with which ever option you decide to take and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

If you've managed to break the screen, the only option you really have is to send it off to the manufacturer for repair and hope it's covered by your warranty.

Without being able to see the screen there is very little you can do yourself.

Sorry for the bad news.

lol the screen is not broken i am in african has no warranty and i said that its not sending vga feed to the lcd mayb because i tuched th processor by mistke when it was on

My Computer

That probably is the reason the screen isn't receiving signals but unless you're completely happy with taking your PC apart yourself and looking for any blown fuses etc then you really don't have many options.

Also, please observe rule number one of opening up computers:

Do not open up the computer while it is switched on.

I'm sorry I can't be of more help.

yh i mde a mistake their but i need how do i find out its the processor or the board that has a issue

The only thing I could possibly suggest is to plug in another monitor and then see what the BIOS has to say about your Hardware.

Checking to see if hardware is broken isn't my forté, I would seriously consider contacting the manufacturer though.
