Windows Vista Sleep Pro.

I having some issues with the power options. When you open the start menu and go to the shutdown opitions sleep is grayed out and you cant click it. Also when you go under the powerplans theirs no opition for how long you want before the computer goes to sleep. Im running Windows Vista Home Basic 32-bit, also i have just done a system restore.
