Zone Alarm Security Suite

Greetings. Been having issues with my lap top recently so on the advice of a bod on here I decided to get a better fire wall than Zone Alarm free. I am now using the free trial version of Zone Alarm Security Suite and will buy it if it is any good. I ran a virus and spyware scan and the virus scan came back with nothing and the spyware had 3 items. I then ran my free version of adaware and this found 74 items!! Is it best to keep using both these products together, or should I just find something better than ZA? At a loss as to what is the best thing to use. Running Vista 32 bit. Any help for this retard would be greatly appreciated.

ZA is pretty much known for its Firewall IMO.
Adaware is very Good and is a more in-depth Spyware scanner,so if you can i suggest you keep ZA Firewall and Adaware for Spyware.
(I think you can disable the spyware scanner in the Security Suite or get the Plain Firewall Pro)

Cheers for that. I must admit the fire wall in the pro version has stopped any hacking attemps as there have been no more alerts. Not to sure about your choice of footie team though. We all know blue is the colour ;)

^hehe which blue tho ? City,Chelsea ...?

yep thats the case with most Firewalls , the alerts are ther ein the beginning so that the FW knows which Apps to block which to allow etc etc , after a few days there will be pretty much no alerts unless you install a new application,I'd still prefer Outpost over ZA though(Personal Choice).

It's not. I just tried installing it, and Windows or ZA had a hissy fit about 32-bit ZA in a 64-bit environment.
