I can no longer clear super cookies

I have not tried this myself.

I was wondering why you are missing the choices. Have you tested with another Browser? Have you tried removing the addons from the browser. In IE, Tools, Internet Option. Advanced Reset. This will remove addons which can be replaced as needed.
Have you tried in another user account?
Have you made a full antivirus scan and the same with malwarebytes?
How about a system restore from before the problem?

I also dont want to use a cloned drive because it's 3weeks old
