Hey guys, First time with a serious computer issue here goes...

Had this Laptop ehh bout 6 months now...Really didnt have any issues till recent. Bout a Week ago, I start up my Computer and I get the Black Screen Followed By: Winload.exe may be missing or corrupt.

???
Ok, I go and see that its a common issue with Windows 7 owners, I looked around and since my computer didnt come with a Recovery Disc I Burned one from a Website for the x64. Tried Booting from Disc to from my Laptop...
and when it looks like it wants to go to the Recovery Screen...
and Blue Screen Pops up. FRUSTRATION SETS IN. lol.

The error message that follows is:
PROCESS1_INTIALIZATION_FAILED

with alot of other text...something like if i installed new hardware? I dont have any usb's plugged in at all...
This is super frustration as i have maybe 200+$$$ worth of music on there...Any help would be appreciated. thanks!

Here is the Info for the Computer Though...I can get the computer to Boot the System Recovery CD which I Downloaded online cause my computer didnt get one...but before it starts up I get the BSOD.

- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64, Gateway Intel Laptop.
- the original installed OS on the system? Windows 7 Home Starter
- an OEM or full retail version?OEM, No Recovery CD Included
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

- What is the age of system (hardware)?Only 6 months old since purchase.
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) 6 months or Date of Purchase.

Any more help will be gladly appreciated! I got a show next saturday i need some tracks off my computer so any help will be amazing! Thanks!!! =)
