Help with my PC crashing alot

Ok I have
Hp a6235x
AMD (Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ 3.00GHz
3.00 GB Ram
32-bit Operating System

I recently installed these 2 products into my computer in order to prep for FF14 release.

Ace Power 520V power source
Zotac GeForce GTS250

Now my computer is crashing quite often.. And it seems to happen more-so when its been used for awile. It happens during anything, (using facebook, youtube, ff14 beta etc etc) Blue screen saying crash dump. I have to unplug computer, cant actually turn it off, then sometimes it wont even restart, it just turns on and beeps.

Ok thanks I tried do that, hope the attachments work.

The system is about 2 years old, and vista was the original OS. Lately I did install service pack 2 but the problem occured before that. Also note that it isnt just the blue crash screen im getting, computer will also randomly just freeze, and restart itself.

KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 84734886, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: 81f0e84c, Trap Frame
Arg4: 00000000

I checked about half of your dump files. They showed these codes as the potential problem.
The common elements are drivers and hardware, so lets start there.

SFC /scannow
System Files - SFC Command

Download memtest86 and test RAM
www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
Take the memory test. If the BSOD continue enable the driver verifier and test drivers. You have too many outdated drivers to update each, but after the BSOD problem is resolved you should begin to slowly update.

What psu did you have in before?

The Ace is a budget psu, and not that great.

I appreciate the help, but oh boy I am pretty computer illiterate and this part looks complicated. Is there any way to simply that? I will attempt to try some of it after work.

@Patonb: It came with a standard 250W psu

Click on the link that says SFC, in my earlier post, that is easy and it may list any corruption.
Just follow the easy instructions.

I just did the sfc/scanow and sfc/verifyonly and both found nothing wrong.

Next thing to try?

On a side note, when I was doing the first thing you posted and was in Performance Information and Tools in the Control Panel, It asked me to update my windows experience index score, which I did. What does that do? Cuz I have had no crashing or any problems since before that

That just brings everything up to date and gives you a relative score, not to be taken as 100% accurate.. If you installed something, updating makes sure it is recognized.
If you are saying that the problem seems solved, just use the computer until it happens again, then post.
If it is not solved, read the article about memory, carefully. Anything that you do not understand, ask.

Well it was going well for a few days there, but now it has crashed a few times again.

The article about memory pretty confusing to me, ill try and figure it out a bit hopefully later
