Yahoo and Bios Crash

back again for some help

1st on my yahoo instant messenger...

i cant see the chats im typing and receiving T_T
i already reinstalled those update java, adobe, and shockwave
and i saw some of windows scripts??? but when i install it, it says
" not enough memory to process this file"
i already did the internet explorer script enable T_T but still i cant see any chats on my YIM T_T

2nd is on my PC some times while doing this on my PC it crash on blue screen and counting dump from 1 to 100 and my PC restarts what should i do then T_T thanks in advance

- vista ultimate?
- an OEM or full retail version? i dont my uncle just installed this OEM i think

- What is the age of system (hardware)? 3 years? or 2
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) yeah like 2 times

how about the YM problem sir? hope you can help me too
