BCCode f4 BSOD's with wininit.exe

Hi guys, bare with me first time posting on a forum but am pulling hair out so here goes

Starting since beginning of FEb i have been getting BSOD's, frequency seems to be a couple a week, while system is first starting up before seeing the vista loading screen.

I've removed anything i installed since they started and just before, have run 8 passes on memdiag, ran chkdsk..both or which showed no errors.

Noticed i had updated my graphic drivers to the latest on the nvidia site just before issue started so i rolled them back to previous ones but the problem has continued

i downloaded the windbg tool after reading some forums and looked at the dmp files..it points me towards the wininit.exe..but what to do next i have no idea,..any help would be much appreciated

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.

Arg2: 000000000000000c, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
 bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)

The cause appears to be your anti virus. Repace with Microsoft Security Essentials
A driver update all outdated drivers, expecially Asacpi.
Hardware. If the above two suggestions do not work, I will let you test memory and use the driver verifier. But hopefully the above will work.
Asacpi.sys is a driver from the Austek Computer Corp. Your driver is very old and is known to cause BSOD's in current Windows versions; it must be updated
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx

The reports that you have submitted reveal clues to the cause of your problem. They do not give a definitive answer. The more reports that we receive the more clues are made available improving our chances of finding a solution to your problem. Each remedy suggested must be performed regardless of placement in this report or other variables. You may have to experience several more BSODs until the final answer is discovered.

If overclocking restore normal settings

SFC /scannow
System Files - SFC Command

Scan with your Anti Virus

Update outdated listed drivers. If I have inadvertently listed any Microsoft Drivers, they can be ignored.

How to Find Drivers
search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone - will help you search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- The most common drivers are listed on this page: http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html
and here
http://www.edbott.com/weblog/the-vista-master-driver-list/
To remove any left over driver remnants, especially from graphics cards, use driver sweeper
www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/
You can also locate information about your driver using this information
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/96442-device-manager-finding-unknown-devices.html

Uninstall your current Anti Virus and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials.
www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/

Run the upgrade advisor to help discover hardware problems
www.microsoft.com/Windows/windows-7/get/upgrade-advisor.aspx

After performing all of the above, post back with any new BSOD reports, or indicate that the attempted repairs were successful.
If any links do not work, if clicked, please copy and paste to browser address bar.
It is very important to remember that the dump reports only give clues as to the problem and although it is very easy to analyze only one or two, usually more are needed. If you experience additional BSOD after installing a current version of the driver in question, be sure to post so that we can use the additional information to assist you in preventing the BSOD's

Any of the steps may solve the problem or none may solve it. Do as many of the steps as you can and then test the computer. See if you continue to get BSODs
If you do, I will give you help with the steps that were not completed.
I would update Ascapi, however. Go to the website and let them choose what needs to be updated.
