Hi,
I got a new graphic card and I got a blue screen when I installed it.
I think it comes from nvidia hd audio that doesn't want to deal with via hd audio.
i also get a blue screen when I try to install again via hd audio
And now I can't uninstall via hd audio program correctly.
So windows tells me I got no sound device.

The blue screen message is something like that:
CI.dll
Page fault in non paged area
technical information:
STOP: 0x00000050

adress FFFFFA6000727606 base at FFFFFA6000683000 Datestamp49e041d9

Can you please help me?

My motherboard is asus m4a785d-m pro

Im sorry that you are having these problems. Stop 50 usually points to hardware. The most common cause of hardware problems is memory, but there can be many other causes. If you are able to get the computer to run properly and get the information it would be of great help.
In the meantime take a memory test.
If done properly the test will take all night.
Guide to using Memtest86+ - Geeks to Go Forums
If you pass the initial part, be sure to test each slot with a known good stick
Try to boot in safe mode.

I can try to run it with another ram and see, but I'm sure my problem is with software, not with hardware

I will give you everything that I know based upon code 50
Usual causes: Defective hardware (particularly memory - but not just RAM), Faulty system service, Antivirus, Device driver, NTFS corruption, BIOS

See if you can boot in safe mode. If so try to get the report thats needed. If you can boot in safe mode it probably is software.
If you have installed anything recently, uninstall.
If you can work in safe mode, try a system restore going back a week before the problem.

The graphic card is the culprit, but I am trying to find where the conflict is so that is can be corrected.

I can boot in safe mode. But if I run the program for the report needed, I have the same problem of BSOD.
I can boot in normal mode too. I can restore but sadly I can't go back before yesterday

So if I understand, now, you can boot, But you get ocassional blue screen and you have no sound?
Is that the extent of the problem?

Not exactly.
I have no sound device detected and I don't get any blue screen excepted if I try to reinstall my via HD audio sound driver or to run your program.

Yes. I'm not sure but I think it's when I tried to uninstall in safe mode that the problem appeared.
Now if I try to uninstall in safe or normal mode, I can't.

Note: it isn't uninstalled completly, that's why I try to see how I can remove any part of this program

Try once more in safe mode, it really should work.
If not its probably a driver conflict.

You added the note after my last response, try to download and use the free ccleaner, to remove the left over garbage.
