STOP: 0x000000D1

I am having Dell Inspiron- 1545 with 4GB ram and 2.1 ghz processor. Recently I have installed the iTunes s/w on my machine for the iPOD. Now whenever I tried to sync any movies from machine to iPOD through iTunes, system got hanged up with blue screen. Following is the hangup message:

Based upon the little that I do know, may I suggest that you make an updated and full anti virus scan and in addition download and make a full scan with malwarebytes.

The bad news, I could not find anything in Google, Yahoo, or Bing. Usualy means name changing Trojan
Run an upadated and full scan with your anti virus
Download and run a full scan, updated from malwarebytes.
