Solved Vista x64 will not load at all 0x00000050 error

Two days ago I turned off my then working fine desktop and unplugged it due to lightning storms. I tried turning it on the next day and it would crash then send me to a screen with launch startup repair or start windows normally. If you choose recovery it barely starts loading the windows logo (you can see a shadowy version) before it blue screens saying PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA error 0x00000050. Every tenth startup try it switches to error 0x0000007e. Not being completely new to annoying computers I tried loading safe mode and everything else in that menu. Nothing loads I just get the same error.

Safe mode loads to crcdisk.sys then crashes with the same 50 error. I tried booting from the DVD and get the same error. On one of the startups I loaded some kind of repair utility (haven't seen since) that scanned the memory and hard drive among other things. Everything passed.

I can load the setup menu and the boot menu. However sometimes when I try f8 to get the safe mode menu it flashes a message about missing bios and then jumps to the startup repair menu. (I'm figuring out the flashes by videotaping them then rewinding the video)

I expect the hardware is fine, but can't get into the computer to make sure. Thankfully almost everything I need is backed up on a hard drive and online, but since I can't get the install disk to boot how would I reinstall anyway?

Computer Dell inspiron 530, 6 gb ram , 750 gb hard drive worked reasonably well before the crash, always been a bit pissy though. It has not had windows updates in quite some time so likely still sp1. The only slightly new thing is a video card, and I've had that 8 months or so. I even opened up the case and vacuumed out the dust just in case. My next thought is pulling the graphics card but since I'm getting a video signal just fine I don't think that is the problem.

Thanks for any ideas to get this evil machine awake again.

UPDATE:
I just yanked the cover again pulled two of the ram sticks 1 gb and a 2 gb. Startup repair just appeared. Hopefully this means that the ram went bad, but I still haven't actually gotten into vista yet. I also left the cover open just in case it was a heat problem.

Update 2:
I couldn't post the BSOD correctly as I could not access Vista at all on the sick machine. (Added Attachment) As of now, I have managed to get to vista (after letting it roll back to a previous restore point), put back in all the removed RAM and reattached the case (with repeated restarts) with no repeat of those errors, so I really have no idea what it was doing.

1. I wasn't recording the parameters and there was no driver listed unless it was in some kind of code... I will dig through the videos and see what I can get. Parameters for 7E Error (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xFFFFF800011497c0, 0xfffffa60005aef98, 0xfffffa60005ae970) I don't have a pic of the 50 Error parameters and they don't seem to be repeating.

2. Nothing new added in at least two weeks. I've been downloading a lot of photos from my camera but that's it. Hardware wise nothing as well. I disconnected everything but the mouse, keyboard, monitor and speakers while it was freaking out, and only just added the wireless connector to the system.

3. Nothing unusual. I was likely on firefox and messing with my pictures. I exited all programs and shut it down like I normally do.

GRRRRR... I'm getting the 0xc004d401 validation error again (fixed it months ago) and I can no longer open the control panels from the Start menu. This is why I hate Restore points. Now I have to figure out how I fixed that problem all over again....

One More Time, forgot the System Health Report Also This is an OEM install that I haven't changed much in the two years I've had it. Like I said before, added a graphics card almost a year ago, other then that I've been leaving it alone.

Update 3:
I uninstalled avast, and managed to fix my validation error (maybe I will update to service pack 2, as one forum listed vista with only SP1 not being compatible with my version of avast) and swapped it with Avira antivir, so far so good. I also can't get the 50 or 7F errors to repeat.

Hello Evilcom...

Can you give us some more info on your system...

1. What is the full parameters and driver:

2. Have you added any new hardware or software lately.

3. You said this happened in the last couple of days, do you remember what you were using or doing with your system when you shut it down, what were you doing the last time you used your system just before you shut it down...
