0xao internal power error bsod on shutdown.

Ok So here is the issue :I'm getting a 0xA0 internal power error on shut down every time.
    The minidump file points to ntkrpamp.exe ( nt!PopAllocateIrp+a0 )
I've updated my BIOS, but no change.

Now I tried to run the BSOD Dump & System File Collection app, that you folks ask for, 3 times but I get another bsod before it completes think its 0x8 something, so that won't work.
Here is the system info for the machine.

I've also done the 'lmv' report, but its 53 pages long. if needed I could try it as an attachment.

I hope you can help, even though I haven't done things as I should - not from lack of trying.

By all means, although you will need to zip it up first and then post it as an attachment. The more information you can give us, the easier it is for us to help you solve your problem.

Hi Johnathan, please read first post. I can't run the app through to the end without blue screening so I can't follow those insrtuctions.

ok I got the BSOD Dump & System File Collection app to work in safe mode on the second attempt, but the peformance report either bluescreens (running windows noemally) or prduces a 'cannot locate path' error in safe mode. Any ideas on how I can get that to run?

Ok so while rooting around in Device Manager I turned on 'show hidden devices' and found a whole bunch (I stopped counting at 50) 'non plug and play' drivers with the little yellow exclamation mark. the first is named 'MpKsl016c9ff1' an the rest all have the MpKsl followed by escalating numbers and they are all showing a code 24 error message.
Tried google, but no results. Anyone know anything bout these? should I delete them?
