DEAR FRIENDS;

I get blue screen when starting up.

The message is;

*** STOP: 0X0000007B (0XFFFFF98000A069E0, OXFFFFFFFFC0000034, 0X0000000000000000, 0X0000000000000000)

I HAVE TRIED MOST OF OPTIONS UNDER F8 WITH NO RESULT.

I truly appreciate your help. Any idea how to fix it?

Bugcheck code 7B means that your boot device is inaccessible. Hard to say what to do without knowing more details about the circumstances.

I would use a live Linux CD to get to the disk to determine whether it is a software or hardware problem.

How can I upload BSOD's file? I cannot even log in to my machine. So dear Richc46 I cannot follow your instructions. I don't have a linux CD too ... so any other advice???? pls!!!!! I am not very hands on genius when it comes to computers ... well the story of PC users' life ... ain't it?!

Guys please use your gifts ... find a solution ... please ...

If you cannot download ubuntu and you did it correctly. Its a hardware problem; memory, cpu etc.
