Just a passing thought. It is almost never a good idea to run multiple malware applications. It adds no more protection, causes freezing and crashing, and can in fact allow malware in.

I note in your most recent crash you have Avast and kaspersky. I would remove both and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

Open your start menu, in the search box type system information and click on the top result. When it loads, on the very first page, look for the category System Model and tell me what that is please :)
