BSODs suddenly started to appear

Hey,

I was watching tennistv.com 2 days ago when BSODs suddenly started to appear. It even got as bad as not being able to boot anymore. I've taken out the hard drive and started to install vista on a new one. Once installed the BSODs started to show up again. I've taken out more hardware (GPU, soundcard, one memory module at a time) but still .... The error code I have is 0x0000008E

You are not really giving me enough to go on, but here is what 8E means. If you had more than one BSODs, the codes may differ. The codes give clues not the answer

Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint in startup without having a debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, 3rd party remote control, Memory

I would like to give you more information, but I don't know what to show. I can't give you that zip file because I can't login to windows. Is there any other way to get this needed data?

I'd like to re-install windows on the harddrive, but when I put in the vista DVD, I can choose the language but then it just simply shows a blue screen again. So I'm stuck really.

Found the problem
It was a faulty ram stick. Taken it out now and everything is working so far. Does take a bit longer to load everything now. Hope I can find another ram stick thats the same as I have now because 512MB isnt enough :O
