    My laptop keeps crashing

    I have dell laptop 1525 which run on Windows Vista Home Premium.
    Lately, It started to shut down while watching online streaming or while using Skype.





    Please help

    Is Vista . . . - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? 32bit - the original installed OS on the system? yes - an OEM or full retail version? OEM - OEM = came pre-installed on system - Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer - What is the age of system (hardware)? 4years - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) yes

    Dump reports rarely give a definitive answer, but usually give small clues that point the way. Yours seems to indicate a memory problem. Please check memory and report back. Make at least 6 passes and then take a good stick and test each slot, for 6 passes.
