BSOD with no messages

    BSOD with no messages

    I have an HP G50 laptop and when I turn on my computer it stays and freezes in a complete solid blue screen with no message. For a nano second, there is only a black box message saying ''svg.dll'' and that's it. I tried the ''Disable Automatic Restart on System Failure'' to see the message but it doesn't work. I also tried Safe Mode but it also doesn't work. Can someone help me, please?????

    Do I have to do it in the computer with the BSOD problem? Because I can't. Everytime I start up my computer it always stays in blue screen.

    Yes, it has to be done on that machine. Do you have stuff you do not want to lose?

    No. I can't use the internet, go to my desktop, go to the internet, or anything. I'm currently using another computer right now, because I can't use mine since 3 days because of the BSOD problem.

    nope can't do system recovery. It always shows me the blue screen.

    OK
    It may be hardware.
    Try to install Ubuntu, if you cannot its the computer and not software.
