BSOD Vista 32 - lost in a world of blue sreens

First time here for me so hello everyone

The first BSOD I was having indicates possible faults with RAM or HDD, ran over night memory checks with no errors.
Also re-installed the Vista OS on to the same HDD 500GB (which worked for one week without problems) and also the secondary HDD 500GB (again worked over a week with no problems).

The computer has been returned to me again but now the BSOD is pointing toward USBPORT.SYS

Update to these BSOD.

I think we have found the answer but where soak testing right now, with all the BOSD in different area's I started to think it's a power issue.

Tested the PSU with OK results
Tested the power cord with OK results
Tested the Wall socket with ramdom readings

The ower is now testing the PC in a different wall socket on the other side of the room, I will report back soon with news.

Just FYI - most systems have .zip built in (can't recall about XP off-hand). Just highlight the files that you want, right click on them and select "Send to", then click on "Compressed (zipped) folder"

Don't bother redoing it as I have the ability to extract .rar's also.

Only 206 updates since SP2 - most systems have 300-350. Please visit Windows Update and get all available Windows Updates.

I've been noticing an increase in the issues with Wireless USB devices in Vista (it's a known problem in Win7). Keep an eye on this, but if you can test without the wireless USB adapter (or it's software) - please give it a try.

Please update your networking devices (both wired and wireless) to the latest available version.

The memory dumps are (IMO) suggestive of a networking problem similar to those that we see with Internet Security applications - but some of them are from the older memory dumps (from April). Try this to see if it helps:

Anti-Virus Removal:
Please do the following:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
- uninstall the Comodo Internet Security software from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of the Comodo software using one of these free tools: Antivirus Uninstallers
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
NOTE: NEVER run more than 1 anti-virus, firewall, Internet Security/Security Center application at the same time.

If the above steps don't stop the BSOD's, please zip up and upload any new memory dumps with your next post - and we'll see what we can figure out from there.
