I've been dealing with this issue for several days now. Currently I am using my old computer to communicate to this forum.
I turn on my computer and choose the option to start windows normally (after an "unexpected shut down"). I am able to log on and gain access to my user account. I have limited arbitrary programs on startup to allow me additional time to run diagnostics and successfully DL Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software before my system shut(s) down. I cannot successfully complete a full scan though b/c my system shuts off. A brief look at a Quick Scan on Malwarebytes has indicated that it detected 4 instances of Malware on my system but without it completing, I cannot quarrantine anything and my computer shuts off.
I cannot perform a full diagnostics scan either.

Please advise as to what I should do to fix this problem. I may require detailed instruction as I am not highly proficient at navigating all the things I need to repair the problem.

Try going to C:/Program Files,MalwareBytes,MBAM-Chameleon.exe
and do the scan with that as some malware will stop MalwareBytes from running.
Even if you have to start in safe mode it will work.

If the scans do not help, supply this information and you will receive additional assistance.
