Hello everyone. I'm really hoping that I can get adequate help here. I used the SF tool, and I will upload the zip folder now. I'm not sure if you guys will need the mini dump file also so I will post the zip now and go create the mini dump then upload it.

*Edit*

I can only use the laptop when it is in safe mode. If I try to boot normally I get the BSOD error.

the stop code is

STOP: 0x8e (0x81df5c19, 0x9af1791c, 0x000000000)

If it works in clean boot, we can easily figure out the cause. Post back either way.

Well, I tried a clean boot but the problem was still present. I think it's because the msconfig settings I made while in safemode didn't actually save. I'm sure I did it correctly, I hit apply before I hit ok, then I restarted the laptop.

If it helps at all I was using an avg rescue cd to remove a rooted virus.....and during the 2 days that I've been working on it, the computer has started to give me messages of files being corrupt. First it said that some files in my recyle bin were corrupt after I moved some known spyware files there, then I ran the antivirus again then it begin saying that files in my D:\ drive were corrupt................the issue with that is, before the files coming up corrupt there, I never had a D:\ drive :/

My Computer

OK
Ill review your reports. Doing it this way makes it more time consumming, but we will get an answer. Try the clean boot once more to be sure.

Can you use system restore to go back to a time that was prior to the virus?

I couldn't do that. I received the laptop from my girlfriends mom because it was so heavily infected with viruses and she couldn't use it at all so they agreed that I could use it to run microsoft visual studio's for a class I'm taking if I got rid of them all.

I tried to use a system restore, but there wasn't even a restore point at all.

I think the issue is a drive issue of some sort, as I said some funky stuff started going on with corrupt files, and then I couldn't use it at all.

If I run diskchk, it doesn't complete all the way.

P.S.
I appreciate you taking the time out to help me. I see that you provide almost everyone here with help. Thank you.

I don't know how to get the product key for the windows that came with my laptop, or if that is possible(I hope you understand what I'm trying to say).

I'm running sfc now.

I ran sfc the first time, not as an administrator though....on accident and it found files that weren't verifiable but wasn't able to remove them.

Instead of looking at the cbs file then I reran the scan as administrator in thoughts that maybe cmd wasn't able to modify files because I didn't use an elevated cmd.

After the second scan, it said "Windows resources protection did not find any intergrity violations"

I'm confused by that because the first scan did find them, but wasn't able to correct them. Shouldn't the second scan(now run as administrator) at least have found the same violations as the first scan?

P.S.

I found the product key.

My Computer

Actually, I did not know that it could run if not as adminstrator. That being said there is not OS damage that cannot be repaired. It does look like a driver.
So lets start with the driver test

Your BSODs seem to be caused by a driver. Please take thistest for 36 hours and report the results after the test is completed.

Driver Verifier

I'd suggest that you firstbackup your data and then make sure you've got access to another computer soyou can contact us if problems arise. Then make a System Restore point (so youcan restore the system using the Vista/Windows 7 Startup Repair feature).

In Windows 7 you can make a Startup Repair disk by going to Start....AllPrograms...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc - with Windows Vistayou'll have to use your installation disk or the "Repair yourcomputer" option at the top of the Safe Mode menu .

Then, here's the procedure:
- Go to Start and type in "verifier" (without the quotes) and press Enter
- Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click"Next"
- Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click"Next"
- Select everything EXCEPT FOR "Low Resource Simulation" and click"Next"
- Select "Select driver names from a list" and click "Next"
Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
- Select "Finish" on the next page.

Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. Continue to useyour system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do thatrepeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because
Driver Verifier isstressing the drivers out. If it doesn't crash for you, then let it run for atleast 36 hours of continuous operation (an estimate on my part).

If you can't get into Windows because it crashes too soon, try it in Safe Mode.
If you can't get into Safe Mode, try using System Restore from yourinstallation DVD to set the system back to the previous restore point that youcreated.

DriverVerifier - Enable and Disable

I haven't fully read your last post yet but I just wanted to ask you this before you directed your attention elsewhere.

What if I didn't want any information on my hdd and just wanted a repair disc type option. Like a factory reset disc, is there a way to do that without having the disc that should have come in the box/buying it from the manufacturer?

Would installing windows again from a usb fix these issues?

My Computer

A reinstall would fix everything except a hardware problem.

I can get you a link. I just wanted to know where you were going to get it. Using those torrents are a great source of problem ISO, virus and other problems.
Here is the link. If it works for you please return the favor of my helping you, by you giving in detail how you downloaded the ISO, to help others as I am helping you.
I am currently helping another member who is having a problem with the ISO, your first hand experience and explanation will go a long way to help him or her actually
