Hi, I am very new to these forums so forgive me if this is a problem that has been addressed. I didn't see it in the the list of threads. I am havering a seemingly unique problem with my computer.

I am haveing blue screen crashes, but only when I use certain programs, like photo shop Cs2 or Maya 2013. The blue screen says "a page fault in non pages area." and the code is 0x00000050.

I have been looking up help for this for a while now and nothing seems to work. I have run a command prompt scan and it came up with no errors. I have updated my drivers for my video card and it seams that I have updated well for what windows found in the "problem reports and solutions" menu. But I will post the results here just in case I missed something.

The trouble I am having with people saying it may be my ram, is, that My games work just fine. I am able to play guild wars 2 with no problems at all. I have had my computer for just under 2 years and have had no problems. I only noticed the crashes after i installed Maya 2013, but then photoshop didn't work also. I thought maybe it was a direct x problem. ( I have not addressed that yet as there has been no mention of direct x being involved in a non paged error that I have seen.)

Well here is my info on the crash. If someone could point out the problem, I would be most grateful. I don't want to go buy ram if I don't need to.

Here is the problem

It wouldn't surprise me if you did have memory issues that aren't seen while gaming, yet while doing PS or Maya.

Along with Richs post, d/l memtest as a usb bootable drive, and run it for a few hours.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

Its a stand alone OS, so you may need to switch around your bios boot order.
