Help. BSOD crash.

Hi,
I recently had a bsod crash while playing Heroes Of Newerth on the halfway to victory. Unfortunately, a bsod crash occured. The screen gets greenish and the bsod error came out. I am unable to boot up , not to say unable but at the "Welcome" greeting from windows, i crash. So i decided to go to safe mode and find a solution for this.

As richc46 mentioned please send the mini dump files and also try to boot in safe mode.

If yes, uninstall the graphics card drivers from the computer and restart the computer. Then install the latest version of the graphics card drivers either from the manufacturer’s website of the computer or vendor’s website of the graphics card.

To uninstall the drivers click the ‘+” sign near Display Adapters and uninstall the drivers for the graphics card. Also, providing the link for detailed instructions to uninstall the driver from device manager: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/171469-uninstall-device-device-driver.html

If no, run the built-in diagnostics provided by the manufacturer on the computer to check if the hardware is working fine.

Please post back with the results.

His dumps were in a self extracting WinRAR archive. I've extracted them for you guys.

WinFLdrv.sys appears to be the faulting driver. Please uninstall your Folder Look software (by New Softwares) and see if the BSODs persist :)
