I get a yellow triangular symbol on the following:

Device Manager > Display Adapters > NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT.

"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available."

What exactly does this mean?

In addition to what rich has said.

Code 43 is the device manager telling windows there is a problem with a device. The first thing to try is reinstalling the drivers.

Cheers for the support guys.

Where exactly do I re-download the files?

Just recently, whilst starting up in Safe Mode... This occurred in Device Manager:

eHome Infrared Receiver (USBCIR) ~ Code 31
Consumer IR Devices ~ Code 31.

My friend said to reboot from the Disc, it's the best choice?

I managed to take a photo of the BSOD.

I have received your message asking for help. You must realize, however, that we are all volunteers and help when we can. In addition, we do sleep.
That being said, this site will search for the best drivers needed by your computer.

Thankyou for your assistance but I believe my Computer is now completely ****ed.

Due to the Vista issues I decided to install Windows 7 and I can't enter in normal mode or safe.

Guess the only option is to throw it out?

Be sure to boot from the CD

I've done a clean boot using the Vista Disc, I managed to find.

The only trouble is getting back all the drivers, but it shouldn't be too hard considering I used my sisters Laptop to get the Realtek 8169 8168 8101E Ethernet Driver.

I can now access the Internet and I am currently running "Windows Update" for any new Updates that I may need.

I am also talking to you right now through the corrupted computer, that's now cleaned out and I am making progress.

Could you please help me get all Drivers that I may need? I can give you System specs!

All necessary drivers should be installed if you boot the computer while online.
You can make sure that all that you need are installed, and the most up to date by using the free version of driver max

Cheers for the link mate.

But unforunately when I did the reinstall from the disc, all the drivers became lost with it.

I am currently doing a Windows update and I transfered all files from my sister laptop, to a USB. The USB Now contains all the updates avaliable from my Service provider.

Thanks again! :)

I'm not sure what to do, do I have to make my computer BSOD then run the SF Diagnostic Tool?

EDIT: I think I've find the source, it seems to be my NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT Card in my computer. When I installed the newest Driver for it from the official NVIDIA Website, the following happened.

The computer successfully installed the Drivers and shut-down.
It restarted as normal, entered normal mode.
After the loading screen in regular mode, it seemed to hang on a black-screen.
It then says something along the lines of "No Signal Input" ~ Can't remember the exact words.
The screen then turns into sleep mode? The power-button on the screen turns orange?

But I did manage to follow the steps and here you go:

Well I'm not sure exactly how I am missing this "Important File." Considering I don't and never do touch System 32 or anything in it.

How do I manage to fix this issue?

I don't know if this is related, perhaps it may assist?

Those drivers have to be fixed. Usually an update from device manager, while on line will do the trick.

Restarted, after a memory dump or something? I am now in normal mode with NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT installed?
