BSOD: tcpip.sys (UTMFSE to no avail)...(your help is summoned)

Hey there almighty Windows Vista Gods er..Geeks, or whatever! :geek:
How's everyone doing?!? Great I hope and surely better than me right now!
Anyhow, I have been experiencing the BSoD for the last 3-4 days just almost
non-stop, and there is NOT one particular thing I did to cause this that I can
think of so if you could lend your experience and expertise over to me to possibly
help an internet marketing girly girl out here, I would, oh, so, totally, appreciate, it! :)

Please please please! I have attached the MEMORY.DMP file, as I believe this is
what I was needing to attach after reading the requirements. Your attention at the
earliest convenience is GREATLY appreciated as this is totally screwing up my workweek
with all this hassle! Geez louise please help me! BTW LOVE THE FORUM!
