BSOD Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Hi all:

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I am getting a BSOD a couple times a week. It reads DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and STOP 0x000000D1 kernel memory dump. I've done basically anything suggested online... which is mostly just Windows updates, scan for viruses, and run diagnostic tools (memory and hard drive). I updated all my drivers through the Driver Manager. None of the diagnostic tools/tests I ran ever came back with any problems, but yet every now and then my computer will just crash. Attached is the diagnostics file requested.

Accidentally posted this in the Windows Vista forums. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. I am getting a BSOD seemingly randomly. I do not notice that I do
anything in particular to trigger it. Sometimes I'll just be browsing Yahoo!
articles and it will crash, other times I will be gaming. I play Terra and
League of Legends. I also have Ventrilo downloaded, but other than that it is
pretty clean. I've done everything I've seen online to fix the problem... which
pretty much means just downloading/installing any Windows updates, scanning for
viruses, and running lots and lots of long diagnostic tests (memory and hard
drive mostly.) None of them ever alerted me to anything in particular. However,
when I run Check for Solutions I do get names of files that describe the
problem: sysdata.xml

TY for the upload. There was only one dmp report (generated from the BSOD). Each report gives clues and not answers. Your report points toward a driver or hardware.
Use Verifier to rule out drivers
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable - Windows 7 Help Forums
If you get more BSODs while using the driver upload to us.
BSODS for Seven or Vista are solved the same way, so no problem.

Alright, thank you. I used Verifier and will let you know if I have another one.

Stay here
I am there too. You will get the same help there. If someone else helps there, we have total confusion, because two people are helping.

Sounds good to me. I think I'm just messing it up more and more downloading updates to my drivers and what not. Screw you, Dell.com for all your update suggestions! I'll stick to Device Manager advice from now on when it comes to that.

I'm gonna stop touching it for now. :)

I have a Dell Minipad that I hardly ever use because it's so slow, but the first thing I did when I got it was to uninstall everything Dell that I could find because it's all bloatware. You can still check their website for drivers if necessary.

Created system restore point.
First thought was to uninstall the driver.
I could not find this driver anywhere on my system using search or going through the drivers folder or device manager. So instead I went to the MSI website and downloaded LiveUpdate5 and got a: This is only for MSI products when trying to install. I uninstalled that.
Back to square one.
