Hi there,

My pc keeps on crashing while i game.

Screen and sound are stuck, get my BsoD and windows restarts.

This is the driver of your Nvidia GeForce GTX 660.

This is a Microsoft driver that shouldn't be able to cause a BSoD.

Again, this is also a Microsoft driver that shouldn't be able to initiate a BSoD on itself.

All BSoD's you had are either STOP 0x101 CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT or STOP0X124 WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR BSoD's. Now since you haven't followed the posting instructions/uploaded the dump files itself, we can't see inside the dumps and we only have very little information to go on.

But, 0x101 BSoD's are most commonly caused by either BIOS bugs, hardware defects, or failing drivers, and 0x124 BSoD's are, although being very hard to debug, generally caused by overclocking, dust, hardware errors, insufficient cooling or hardware related drivers.

So what we see is that out of the four BSoD's, which all are commonly caused by (hardware related) drivers, one points to the driver of your Nvidia GeForce GTX 660, namely nvlddmkm.sys. We can see that you are using driver 335.23, which is quite old (March this year), so at this point we would suggest you to upgrade it to either the 340.52 WHQL or the 337.88 WHQL driver. Especially since you say that your problem only occurs when gaming, an activity that puts a lot of stress on your graphic card, this is the most valiable cause.

When upgrading your driver, please do follow these instructions to ensure a proper install:

Now follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling

Boot normally now and download the driver needed.

After following these instructions please use your machine as you normally would for a few days to see if the BSoD's have stopped. If so, please come back, post your results and mark the thread as solved.
