I'm getting a BSOD in Vista.

If I'm correct then this is typically due to a bug in a device driver (APC_Index_Mismatch)
I've checked through Device Manager and there are no warning symbols on the devices.
I've run a verifier check in Vista for all the drivers. This did not identify any drivers. The screen just stayed blue for a while before starting.
At present the PC starts but it stays blue for a period of time after login. It is also running very slowly.
How can I identify which driver is causing the issue?
