| I'm pretty sure it's Vista Home Premium. | The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion issue---My game won't work Okay, I'm hoping someone can help me out with this. The start screen comes up, but when I click "play" a small black window titled Oblivion comes up. However, it will not let me enlarge the window or change from simply a black screen. It says it is not responding in task manager, and I have to end the program. I have an Inspiron 1420 with Vista. I checked and my system meets all minimum requirements, and my video card driver is up to date. Help anyone, please? |

I have not yet installed Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine, should I install them? Oblivion worked the first day I installed it, but then stopped. I'm unaware of what might have changed it. |

| Vista Ultimate 64bit SP2/ | Re: The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion issue---My game won't work Try running it with windows xp compatability. Only other thing I can think of is deleting everything todo with Oblivion and reinstalling because something seems to have gotten corrupt. |
