| VISTA ULTIMATE SP2 | Visual Performance I am using Windows Vista Ultimate, I recently Set my options in the Performance Options to Adjust for best performance, but I must say, that I have not noticed anything different? Should I leave it like it is?, or, set it back again? Thanks Rip |

| Ubuntu 9.10 64 Bit | Re: Visual Performance Pretty much all that does it change visual settings to use the least amount of ram. So you probably had a desktop that looked like Win2000 or 98. That is supposed to give the 'Best performance' as by theory should use less resources (and it usually does) Other than that it doesnt change any other 'performance' settings. Hope this helps. |

| Ubuntu 9.10 64 Bit | Re: Visual Performance You might, you might not. But you dont see a notable difference then just change it back. I only have enough enabled to keep the Aero feature. Everything else is turned off. By having the most basic visual settings you save ~14-20MB of ram. |
