Problem with boot

Hey guys, I dunno if this has been posted before, and i am sorry for being lazy and starting a new thread seeing that there are so many threads already, but something happened to my computer after i got back from going somewhere for like 5 hours (i closed my laptop though) and then when i tried to boot it up again...my computer couldn't start up, it stopped at the part where u see bars, i did PSA, i got 4 error codes for now, 0F00:075D, 0F00:0240, 0F00:13713 and 0F00:065D

I think 2 of them were from my drivers, if u guys know a solution, please post it ASAP, i need the computer and i dunno how long my sister is gunna let me go on hers for

I can't get on safe mode and how do i get last known good configuraton running? Is it the same as system restore?

I ahve another code as well after i tried the full scan for problems with my computer, the new error code was 2000-0146, it said it had something to do with the hard drive

That error code generally means Hard Disk failure. Whether you need one or not is beyond my capabilites from this distance. You may want to check your computer manual or even call support to get their opinion, but I cannot give you a defninitive answer. You may want to look at the posts from rainforrest and get his feeings on a similar situation. Other posters may come by, also and give an opinion.

uninstall your video drivers from safe mode...and reboot

What video drivers? Any names or anything and how do i get to the place to delte them. What does deleting the video drivers even do anyways?

another thing, I can't seem to get onto safe mode, it loades all these drivers and stuff, then when it stops(it should anyways) it stops for too long, then a blue screen appears for less than a second and my computer restarts by itself.

I'm guessing this means that my computer needs a new hard drive, if it does, please tell me so i can get a new hard drive or something.

And if this helps, i re-installed windows vista on my computer due to too many pop ups saying this thing doesn't work, click ok to terminate the program, but that was 1-2 months ago, so i don't think that had anything to do with solving this problem, but as i said, i dunno, it may have something to do with this, it may not.

I need to know if you even have a video card or if it is intergraded onto your motherboard, do you Know? Give me some info about your card, Click Start>Run, type "dxdiag". Click on the tab the reads "Display". Now Post what it reads in the upper right corner. Post the Name, Manufacture, Chip-type, and total Video card memory. Then we will go from there. Also post what DirectX version your using you can find it on the system tab.

umm problem...i have to actually get ON my computer...that's the problem, my computer won't boot up properly, it get's to the bar part with the bar moving from one side to the other, then it takes a while, longer than it's supposed to and then, it has blue screen for less than 1 second and it restarts my computer.

Same thing happens with safe mode, it stops loading like it's supposed to, then it takes a while to boot up, then lue screen, and restart...thing is, i'm using my sister's computer for this if u haven't read from previous posts

do you have a boot disc? you could try boot from disc.

if you have a boot disc it would be either created by you, or would have come with your pc. I cannot remember if you can boot from your install disc..... try inserting it, and reboot, and if it gives you the option to boot from your disc, then do it, but be careful not to re-install windows
