1. Once the laptop is awaken from the sleep mode, the keyboard works fine for a few second and then it hangs. No response (for example Caps lock light doesn't toggle and can't type with any keys). If i reboot then it works great.
-- I tried removing driver and let vista reinstall it but that's didn't work
-- Also tried going back to old NVIDIA driver but that didn't work either.
-- Device Manager --> Kayboard--> Properties -->Power Management has the "Allow this device to be turned off to save power" Grayed out.
-- Once I put the Laptop to Hibernate then the keyboard starts working back again.
2. The touch pad light lights up but it doesn't work
-- Tried installing Synaptic driver but didn't get installed.
-- In Control panel-> Mouse, i don't see any synaptic device.

Well, as last resort, you could use the on screen keyboard, but, that BSOD posting link should be able to be done.
Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions See if you can get this to post for BSOD squad to analyze .While you do not have Blue Screens, you should still have the mini dump logs . See if you can get them please.
