Simply just click at start menu and go for control panel and there you'll find language thumbnail easily and by clicking at it you may figure out how to change that appropriately.
The problem seems to be that as the OP does not understand Finnish at all, the right places to click might be difficult to find.

Here's how to change the display language in Finnish Windows Vista:

From Start Menu, open Ohjauspaneeli (Control Panel):

If the Control Panel is shown in group view, change it to classic view by clicking Perinteinen näkymä:

2014-08-25_15h45_13.png

Open the Control Panel item Aluekohtaiset ja kieliasetukset (Regional and language settings):

2014-08-25_15h47_16.png

Select tab Näppäimistöt ja kielet (Keyboards and languages), then select your preferred display language from drop down list Valitse näyttökieli (Choose a display language):

2014-08-25_15h48_31.png

In your case you should select the original Swedish. Click OK to save setting.

A Muuta näyttökieli (Change display language) dialog opens. Click Kirjaudu nyt ulos (Sign out now) to sign out from Windows:

Sign back in to Windows, your display language is now changed.

OK, you are done. Sorry.

Changing the display language with a language pack is an extra feature available only for Vista Ultimate and Enterprise editions. My post and screenshots show how it's done in these editions.

Your Vista Home (Basic or Premium) does not support language packs. Only way to change display language in any other edition of Vista than Ultimate and Enterprise is to use illegal non-valid cracks. All of these known language cracks mess the registry, often cause Vista to lose its activation and cause all kind of other issues.

To get rid of the crack used in any case is almost impossible without reinstall or factory reset. I am not able to assist you in any way, also out of personal principles I am not willing to deal with pirated / cracked operating systems or other software.

My best advice to you is to contact the friend who pirated your Vista and ask him what third party crack he used to change the language, then Google for how to get rid of it.

Oh .. I actually bought the laptop 6 years ago and it came with the OS.. Well actually not only did i wanna change the language but i wanted to do it so i could reset it to the factory settings. Its not pirated, its a long story but i think i got the cd laying around somewhere.. Could i use it again and how would i reset evetything?

My Computer

I am not saying your Vista was pirated. What I am saying is that by applying an unofficial language change, it became pirated. Your OS does absolutely not support display language changes.

For factory reset it's irrelevant what language your Windows is. If you have created the recovery DVD disks, simply boot the laptop with disk #1 and follow on-screen instructions, or if you have the original recovery partition intact you can select to boot from that partition to launch the factory recovery. The language of the recovery is either English, or possibly Swedish if you bought it in Sweden.

All laptops have different ways to boot to recovery partition. For instance most HP laptops boot to recovery when F11 is pressed directly after turning the PC on when boot / boot to BIOS options are shown.

Telling people the full model number of your computer is okay, no reason not to do it.
Need that info so we can look for the online manual to see the steps needed to restore the computer to it's factory new state.

There is nothing wrong with your question. It's always better to ask if not sure rather than try to do damage recovery later on.

No, that's not it. Looks like that has something to do with Intel wireless.

Is it a Desktop or Laptop?

Well I got an Asus... But i know there are ways you can reset to factory settings without cd , how would I do that?...
As I told you, there are two ways to do a factory reset. One is to use the recovery DVD (or set of DVDs), the other is to boot the computer to factory recovery partition. An example, as I already told you, is a HP laptop: pressing the F11 key when it's booting up should start the factory reset (subject to original recovery partition is intact), alternatively in most HP laptops pressing the ESC key at boot gives a so called Boot Options menu, from there you can select Factory Recovery.

The above example is for HP laptops. I do not know Asus computers but similar options (Boot Options Menu, boot to Factory Recovery) should be told at least in the manual of your computer.

Well i dont think the F11 worked for me and if it did( i dont remember) i think the language was in finnish so i wouldnt know where to click ...i looked under my laptop and there was a sticker where the model name was ... U said it was the wrong one well where can i find the right one so i can reset...

If the original language of the laptop is English (or Swedish) and it's bought in Sweden, there's absolutely no chance the BIOS boot screens are shown in Finnish. Absolutely not.
