How do I unlock my monitor settings? All I get is "menu is locked." All help appreciated.

Holding in the menu button for at least 15 seconds will unlock the monitor keys.

When you get your problem solved could you fill in your system specs (lower left corner) so we would know what kind of hardware you have

Unlock LDC Monitor

I have a Lenovo 19" LCD monitor and if I try to change settings, it says "menu is locked." So how do I unlock it? I want to adjust the bright white screen to just a little less back light. HELP.

what type (2xxx - 9xxx series) and model (e.g., AB1, HB1) do you have?
When I suggested holding the button in for 10-15 seconds in your earlier post, did you try that?
