ouch! noise

sometimes a loud whistling noise can be heard all i was doing was watch hd videos on youtube

Is is it like a high-pitched squeal?

Does it occur at any other time, or only while watching youtube clips?

its probably your video card fan speed increasing when your doing anything slightly intensive on your machine... or CPU fan i suppose, the only real way to be sure will be to have the side of your case off & try to pin point the sound. :)
