Netwrok Activity Issue

Alright here it is.

My internet connection is not working consistantly (when it's working at all) and the issue is neither with the ISP since there are three other computer using the same connection which work just fine.

I troubleshoot it, but it says nothing is wrong, yet, it won't let me use any browser, like ever anymore. I went to check the Network, and it says that all is peachy so to speak, that the signal is working properly and that I shouldn't be having any problems with my internet.

When I checked the Network Activity Status, they bytes sent were ridiculously high, and the ones received where very low.

Something else I tried to do was to renew the IP address in command prompt, but it says that all the medias are disconected. My computer is a Laptop from sony. An NS series.

Thanks in advance for your help.
