Forgot to add my BB is fine as I can use the WiFi on it via my phone, just tried again and it says realtek is having driver issues

It's not connected via usb its in the network connection port ,just keep getting Orange light on modem

It's a net gear st834 g connected by hard wire ,I now have a green light on the router but still no connection,in device manager I have yellow flag. Against realtek RFL8168/8111 Ethernet but when o click update driver it says its the latest on,I also have a load of yellow flags against am bus controller and system interrupt controller that's it

My Computer

Hi,
Yellow flags are warning signs, that usually mean that drivers particularly need/require updating.
Always update drivers from manufacturers sites not from within device manager. Manufacturers updates better quality.
Click on each yellow sign and update accordingly until all repaired/updated.
If your present Realtek RFL8168/8111 is still giving problems, it is free download yes?
Download new version if necessary it's free.
What is the Make & Model number of your computer please, and any other specs. The more info we have the better it is.

You should be able to find it here:-
Realtek

Look for the updates that match the number of your realtek.

Thanks for that updated driver sorted it and now net connection so while its updating came across another issue,I have a asus vh222h monitor and its native res is 1920x1080,using a radeon 4800 dvi to hdmi. Use to have it set via the catalyst control center at 1920x1080@ 75hz.tried it again @ same but it will not fill full screen and only gives 60hz as an option for that res.to get it to offer 75hz and to fill full screen I have to set it @ 1280 res

My Computer

Thank's for keeping us updated.
Hope it works.

Hi,
Let us re-cap, realtek driver worked, so no more trouble on the internet?
What is updating now?
Make sure that you go back & check the yellow warning signs, you need to sort the rest of the warnings
I think before we tackle your next problem.
As you solve the warning signs, some of the problems may disappear.
So, as before go through them see what is required, update> Now if your on the internet things should be easier?
Glad we got that to a near cconclusion.
REad the tutorials if your unsure.

rest of warnings sorted, once i had net access windows found them and downloaded the fix it was intel software drivers i needed for the other yellow flags, now updating windows and then going to update my AV and malware stuff.

My Computer

Great news there, if your other problem is still there after all the updates we can look at that.
I would advise you to do other things first, once AV & malware updated, and everything else.
Please do a full AV scan &

You should also download and make a full and updated scan with malwarebytes.
Malwarebytes Freeware
Please be patient it is important these checks are made.
It is at times like this that 'nasties' creep into your computer, when drivers down, they look for weaknesses.
So it would be a shame to spoil all the good work you've done, if they're still there.
Is that OK?

Report any results in detail from either scan please.

My Pleasure, happy to be of assistance.
Look forward to hearing your report.
Please be patient wit the AV & malware tests, it's worth it!
